3e. Demonstrating Flexibility and Responsiveness

 

Throughout the choral rehearsal I am constantly making adjustments on the fly according to what I hear and the immediate needs of the ensemble.  For example, if I'm trying to teach the notes and a particular approach is not working, I'll try a different technique to see if that gets the product I want.  None of this is documented, it's simply second nature.
