I am an educator, instructional leader, musician, and emerging school administrator with 15 years of experience helping students, staff, programs, and school communities grow. While my foundation is in the music classroom, my work has expanded significantly into instructional leadership, curriculum development, program coordination, teacher support, student discipline, scheduling, budgeting, recruitment, assessment, and district-level initiatives.
At the center of my leadership is a belief that strong schools are built through relationships, clarity, accountability, and care. I work to create systems where students feel seen and supported, teachers feel valued and equipped, and programs are aligned to meaningful goals. Whether I am leading a classroom, coordinating a department, supporting colleagues, analyzing program needs, or helping shape schoolwide initiatives, my goal is to build environments where people can thrive.
I am currently pursuing the next step in educational leadership, with a focus on instructional supervision, program development, restorative practices, equity, and practical school improvement. As a proud Toms River graduate and local community member, I am especially passionate about serving the communities that shaped me and giving back through thoughtful, relational, student-centered leadership.
