Brian Krajcik
Brian Krajcik, MM
Educational Leader | Performing Arts Program Director | Piano & Voice Specialist
Brian Krajcik is an educational leader, music educator, and program director serving students and communities across Ocean and Monmouth Counties. He currently serves as Director of Vocal & Piano Studies at the Visual & Performing Arts Academy at Red Bank Regional High School, where he leads a comprehensive program encompassing curriculum design, ensemble direction, and advanced coursework including AP Music Theory.
His work centers on building high-quality arts programs, strengthening instructional practice, and developing student musicians through a balance of rigor, creativity, and performance-based learning. Under his leadership, student ensembles have performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The White House, and internationally in Germany.
In addition to his K–12 leadership, Mr. Krajcik serves as adjunct faculty at Ocean County College and Brookdale Community College and maintains a selective private studio. His students have gone on to leading universities and conservatories including Eastman, NYU Tisch, Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and the University of Miami Frost School of Music.
He also serves as Organist and Director of Music at First United Methodist Church of Toms River, where he provides artistic and organizational leadership for worship and ensemble programming.
Mr. Krajcik holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Music in Conducting from Westminster Choir College, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Piano Performance from the University of Delaware. He is an active member of NAfME, ACDA, NATS, AGO, and the American Federation of Musicians.
